Katja van Doren serves as the Chief HR Officer of RWE AG. She began her journey with RWE in 1999 as the Head of the Group Tax Department. Throughout her career at RWE, she has taken on diverse roles, including serving as the Head of Group Accounting and Tax, Manager of Accounting and Tax at Innogy, and most recently, as the Chief Financial Officer of RWE Generation SE.
Prior to her tenure at RWE, Ms. Doren worked as an Auditor and Tax Consultant at KPMG in Düsseldorf and Paris.
