Four years later, in 2010, he was appointed Business Executive Manager for Confectionery in France. His strong leadership skills propelled him to the role of CEO of Nestlé Belgium in 2013. In 2018, he was promoted to Global Head of Confectionery & Ice Cream, where he played a key role in shaping and executing global strategies.
