Before joining Philip Morris Germany as General Manager in April 2024, she worked in various industry sectors worldwide – from FMCG to spirits and luxury cosmetics, in the last ten years post notably as General Manager Germany at Estée Lauder, Country Director DACH at Diageo and General Manager Malaysia & Singapore at Reckitt Benckiser.
Previously she worked for Reckitt also in Paris and London. She began her professional career in brand management at Procter & Gamble with assignments in Germany, France and Switzerland.
Throughout her career, Veronika F. Rost has successfully led diverse, cross-functional teams and shaped organizations with a keen eye on evolving market dynamics and consumer and customer expectations.
