Dr. Turan Sahin is a dynamic global executive who excels at identifying customer needs and has a strong entrepreneurial mindset which consistently leads to sustainable success in the organizations he leads.  He has more than 20 years of experience in building-up and running multinational operations and businesses across the global value chain and leading in a variety of functions, including Management Consultancy, Managing Director, Chief Procurement Officer, Chief Financial Officer and currently as, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Allianz Services. Through this vast experience leading multinational companies in a highly competitive environment, he is a strategic thinker who has built up advanced knowledge in general management.

Beyond the boardroom, Turan has broad professional expertise in domains such as insurance operations, IT and application management, global supply chain, manufacturing, corporate procurement, business development and M&A. In addition, he has extensive experience in global business services primarily in the areas of HR, Finance, IT and in-house Consulting, with field and project experience from around the world including in Germany, India, USA, Central Eastern Europe, Denmark, China, Vietnam, and Thailand.
