Kamil Emre Erciyas

Kamil Emre Erciyas is Chief Executive Officer of Erciyas Holding, an international industrial group with operations spanning steel pipe manufacturing, railway transportation, rolling stock manufacturing, energy, mobility and related industrial technologies.

He serves as Chairman of the Board of Erciyas Steel Pipe, Erciyas Wagon and Transportation Vehicles, Erciyas Energy and Bimaş Bicycle, and has played a central role in the strategic development, international expansion and diversification of the Group.

Erciyas began his career at Erciyas Steel Pipe, where he held engineering and business development responsibilities before assuming broader executive leadership roles. Throughout his career, he has led investments, acquisitions and new business development initiatives across the manufacturing, energy and transportation sectors. He played a key role in the establishment and development of Erciyas Energy and Briza Wind Energy, supported the growth of Bimaş Bicycle in the Netherlands, and led the acquisition processes through which Özbal Steel Pipe and RC Industry became part of Erciyas Holding.

His executive focus is on the development of internationally competitive industrial businesses and infrastructure solutions supporting the efficient and sustainable movement of energy, water, goods and people. He has a particular interest in advanced manufacturing, transportation and mobility technologies, renewable energy, sustainability and circular-economy solutions.

Erciyas holds a degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Sabancı University and completed graduate studies in Finance at the University of California, Berkeley.

He is an active member of leading Turkish and international business and industry organizations, including TÜSİAD, DEİK, AHK-İHK, AMCHAM, Endeavor Türkiye, Keiretsu Forum İstanbul Melek Yatırımcı Ağı, National Geography Society, Büyük Kulüp, SUMED, KOK.
