Mert Yaycıoğlu

Mert Yaycıoğlu graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Middle
East Technical University in 1998 and has more than 25 years of professional
experience. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Finmeccanica
(Selex Komünikasyon A.Ş.), where he held various roles and led processes including
budget and financial statement audits, the establishment of internal control systems,
and financial modeling.

Yaycıoğlu joined the Sabancı Group in 2009, initially taking on responsibilities at
Enerjisa Başkent Electricity Distribution Company. In this role, he led IFRS reporting and
budgeting processes, developed business models for valuation purposes, contributed to
merger and acquisition projects, and served as the Company Risk Management
Coordinator. Between May 2017 and January 2020, he served as a Board Member &
Finance and Supply Chain Director at Enerjisa Distribution Companies. During this
period, he assumed full responsibility for planning, controlling, revenue assurance,
accounting, insurance, risk management, finance, procurement, logistics, and fleet
management operations.

From January 2020 to March 2022, he served as a Board Member of Enerjisa Retail
Companies, as well as Group Procurement and Business Units Finance Department
Head within Enerjisa. In March 2022, Yaycıoğlu joined Enerjisa Üretim, where he
currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member. In his current role, he
leads the company’s corporate finance, treasury, and investment strategy functions.

Mert Yaycıoğlu is married and has one child. His personal interests are playing tennis
and exploring gastronomic cultures.
